Location Plates |

Location Spacers |
The location plate is an essential part of a BeamClamp assembly. It provides support for the fixings to react against and clamp onto the steelwork flange. The hole centres of the location plate are designed to suit the application and ensure that the fixings are correctly positioned onto the flange. BeamClamp division will design the location plate to suit your application and guarantee the load of the assembly. Each plate manufactured by BeamClamp division will be stamped to identify it. The fixings can be used with location plates not manufactured by BeamClamp division, however, in this case, we can only guarantee the fixings and not the plate. Please contact RSR BeamClamp division to discuss your application , |

Manufactured from Mild steel grade S275 Hot Dip Galvanised as standard 5 to 1 Factor of Safety |
Location spacers are two location plates joined together with a gap to allow for spaces between steelwork. The plates can be welded at different angles to allow for sloping steelwork, such as, roof rafters. Other variations can be manufactured to suit special applications. |

Grating Clip |

¦ Installation from one side only ¦ Fits 30mm to 41mm load bar centres ¦ Fits upto 50mm deep load bars as standard ¦ Slotted body for adjustment towards steelwork ¦ Cost effective |
The Grating clip is a cost effective method of fixing down open floor grating to steelwork without the need to drill or weld. It can be installed with a flat head screw driver from the top side of the grating without access to the underneath required. It can be easily removed to allow the grating to be taken up for maintenance or re-positioning. The standard clip can accommodate between 30mm to 41mm load bar centres and to a depth of 50mm Please contact RSR BeamClamp division if your application is not within the above specifications, we can modify the clip to suit most variations. The pressed steel body has a slot down its length to allow the body to be adjusted towards the steelwork should the transverse bars fall in an awkward position in relation to the steelwork flange. This ensures that the body of the clip always provides a good clamping surface underneath the steelwork to improve the clamping force and provide a good connection. |
